This notice covers the AIAdminLab public website and contact form. RecruitmentRebate audit data is handled separately through an agreed onboarding process, not through this site form.
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, work email, organisation, optional phone number, area of interest and message. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and manage the resulting commercial conversation.
Contact submissions are sent from this website through a controlled Cloudflare Worker to a private AIAdminLab Supabase database table. The public website does not provide direct browser access to that table. We do not ask for audit evidence or sensitive recruitment data through the form.
At launch, submissions are retained only for as long as needed to manage the enquiry and associated business records. A fixed automatic retention schedule is not yet implemented; you may ask us to delete your enquiry by using the contact form.
We use a small, cookie-free event feed to understand page visits, Module-page visits, CTA activity and contact conversion. It records an event name and page path only. It does not record contact-form fields, names, email addresses, messages or audit evidence, and it is not used to sell personal data or build advertising profiles.
You can contact us to ask about the information we hold in connection with an enquiry. We do not sell personal data. This notice will be updated if the website’s collection or processing changes.
